Know your pour

Naturally fermented Nepalese rice wine — milky, gentle, and built for the table.

Serve

Chilled or gently warmed — milky pour, food-friendly 5–7% ABV. Pour into a small cup or glass; swirl once for aroma.

Best slightly cool (10–14°C) for bright, lighter pours; gently warmed for spiced and reserve bottles.

Pair

Nepalese small plates, shared tables, and anything that loves a gentle ferment — momos, grilled meats, pickles, and cheese.

Think communal dining: one bottle, many hands, food in the middle.

Craft

Heritage rice, marcha ferment, 14+ day minimum — no rush, no added sugar. Small batches tended by hand.
