Use a small cup or glass — our merch cups are sized for chhyang. Swirl once for aroma, then share around the table. Sediment is normal in a living ferment; roll the bottle gently before opening if it has settled.
Nepalese small plates, momos, grilled meats, pickles, and cheese — anything that loves a gentle ferment and a slow table.
One handmade blend — no added sugar, 5–7% ABV. See the shop for what we make and when bottles open.
