How to drink

Milky, gentle chhyang — pour it the way you’d share wine at home: unhurried, generous, passed around.

Temperature

Chilled or gently warmed. Best slightly cool (10–14°C) for a bright, milky pour; gently warmed for a softer, cosier glass — the homemade character opens either way.

Pour

Use a small cup or glass — our merch cups are sized for chhyang. Swirl once for aroma, then share around the table. Sediment is normal in a living ferment; roll the bottle gently before opening if it has settled.

Pair

Nepalese small plates, momos, grilled meats, pickles, and cheese — anything that loves a gentle ferment and a slow table.
